    Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is currently seeking **Shipside Operations Specialist** to join the 787 Program Boeing South Carolina **Interior Responsibility Center Operations Team** in **North Charleston, South Carolina** on **2nd shift!

     

    This position will provide critical production support to the Delivery Center including improving production efficiency, safety and optimizing product quality.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    + Use technical knowledge, understanding of process flow, and networking skills to ensure issues are addressed and resolved by responsible support organization.

    + Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.

    + Analyzes and interprets data.

    + Provides feedback on assessment results.

    + Assist organizations in identifying reoccurring and high impact issues.

    + Supports root cause analysis and corrective action plan to address reoccurring and high impact issues.

    + Facilitate ongoing coordination and tracking of open items.

    + Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced teammates.

    + Works under general direction.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

    + 3+ years of experience with operations analysis.

    + 3+ years of experience with root cause corrective analysis.

    + 3+ years of experience of aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing experience

    + Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    + Ability to work any shift, overtime, holidays and weekends.

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    + Proficient in using CMES software.

    + Proficient in REDARS, PSDS, and BAC specifications.

    + 2+ years of experience in a supportive LSCC role.

    + 3+ years of experience in the aerospace industry.

    + 3+ years of experience in rapid problem-solving

    + Experience working with live customers.

     

    This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

    Summary pay range: $78,200 - $105,800
