    Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an **Associate Quality Engineer** to join our team in **Jacksonville, FL** .

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Supporting F-15, F/A-18 and KC-135 programs at Boeing Jacksonville and the Boeing Fort Walton the Beach site

    • Integrate quality with other supporting functions and stakeholders of F-15, F/A-18 and KC-135 programs at Boeing Jacksonville and the Boeing Fort Walton Beach site

    • Perform detailed Quality Engineering investigations, execute product containment, and implement effective Root Cause Corrective Action

    • Verify routine product conformance to design requirements

    • Identify and document discrepancies

    Segregate and control non-conforming items

    • Identify repetitive or significant non-conformances for corrective action

    • Integrate contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into all aspects of

    proposals and program processes and documentation

    • Develop quality metrics and quality plans to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and

    regulatory requirements

    • Process supplier notice of escapements

    • Perform supplier performance improvement

    • Must be willing to execute tasks and provide future insights to achieve organizational goals

    • Provide objective evidence of results

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    + Bachelor, Masters, or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry, or other relevant technical field

    + 1+ years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action

    + 1+ years of experience in Quality Engineering

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    + Previous work experience in aerospace, manufacturing, quality, or another highly regulated industry

    Summary pay range: $73,100.00 - $98,900.00
