Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and production, is seeking a dedicated and motivated General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a General Production Associate - Entry Level, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Location:** Kernersville, NC

**Pay Range:** $17.5

**Shift:** Second

What's the Job?

+ Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with Standard Work and supervisor instructions.

+ Handle the physical loading and unloading of materials, ensuring smooth production flow.

+ Follow all safety policies and practices, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on equipment.

+ Perform visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met.

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, supporting overall housekeeping and maintenance tasks.

+ No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

+ Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a team environment.

+ Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.

+ Good physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
