Our client is seeking a dedicated Inventory Control Specialist to join their team. As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Operations Department supporting the warehouse and inventory management functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
This is a temporary position lasting 90 + days.
**Job Title:** Inventory Control Specialist
**Location:** Hanover, PA
**Shift:** Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
+ Reconcile inventory records to ensure accuracy and consistency
+ Report inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement resolutions
+ Manage receiving, labeling, and stocking incoming products efficiently
+ Support shipping and receiving functions as an additional duty
+ Utilize SAP and Excel proficiently to maintain inventory data and generate reports
What's Needed?
+ 2-4 years of experience in inventory control or related fields
+ High School diploma or GED required
+ Proficiency with SAP and Excel software
+ Strong organizational and analytical skills
+ Ability to train and support team members effectively
