What You'll Do
+ Internal and external communication and correspondence to include minutes, agenda, and reports.
+ Facilitates, obtains, and distributes information as requested for the Risk Managers and Claims Managers.
+ Coordinates travel arrangements, processes paperwork, and expense reimbursement.
+ Provides support as System’s Administrator for electronic safety reporting system.
+ Performs duties as requested for safety event entry into online database.
+ Maintains claims files, reporting to excess carriers and support for the electron clams reporting system.
What We're Looking For
+ Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred.
+ Experience: Minimum of three years administrative assistant, office manager or other customer service environment experience, required. One year healthcare experience, preferred.
+ Additional Skills (required):
+ Microsoft Office, Excel applications, Power Point, office experience and
+ Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
+ Ability to effectively communicate with administrators, physicians, hospital staff, outside counsel, and upset/angry customers.
+ Ability to prioritize workload/assignments and meet critical deadlines.
+ Additional Skills (preferred): Experience using electronic safety event reporting systems and electronic medical records.
