Job Title: MIG Welder
Job Description
Join our team as a MIG Welder, where you will be instrumental in fabricating ladders and frames using galvanized steel. This role focuses on production style welding in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Responsibilities
+ Perform MIG welding on galvanized steel to create ladders and frames.
+ Ensure strong holds without the need for weld testing.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to guide welding tasks.
+ Assemble components sourced from different locations by welding them together efficiently.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in MIG welding.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Experience with welding steel.
+ Skill in laying a strong and aesthetically pleasing weld bead.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ No certification required.
+ No technical degree necessary.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
