Job Title: Production Operator
Job Description
As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. Your main responsibility will be to load raw fabric into the press machine, ensuring all parts weigh less than 15lbs. You will also unload finished products, remove and recycle excess materials, and perform quick visual quality checks. Additionally, you will assemble small components into fabric and work diligently to meet daily production standards.

+ Ensure daily production standards are met.
Essential Skills
+ Ability to operate production machinery.
+ Experience with loading and unloading materials.
+ Proficiency in performing quality checks.
+ Forklift operation skills.
+ Basic Windows and data center operations knowledge.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school diploma or GED is suggested but not required.
+ Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions/procedures.
+ Capability to understand and follow verbal instructions.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of JEFFERSONVILLE, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $19.00/hr.
