    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team in Biddeford as a manufacturing operator, where you will work in a fast-paced environment assembling small parts. This role offers incentives based on production output, including a $2 hourly bonus.

    Responsibilities

    + Assemble small pieces with precision and accuracy.

    + Maintain attention to detail to ensure quality production.

    + Stay focused and on task in a fast-paced setting.

    Essential Skills

    + Strong hand-eye coordination.

    + Ability to work effectively with small parts.

    + At least 6 months of manufacturing experience or transferrable skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous assembly experience is preferred.

    + Exhibit a good attitude and professionalism.

    + Demonstrate timeliness and self-motivation.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a manufacturing facility during the 1st shift, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Biddeford, ME.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr.

     

    16 ETO days
