Description We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Yuba City, California. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a strong background in accounting and finance. You will play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting various administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including tracking payments from international customers and ensuring accuracy in transactions.

• Investigate and verify wire transfers and payments, especially for customers with multiple entities or advance payments.

• Process payroll by uploading, verifying, and ensuring timely completion.

• Manage human resources functions, including onboarding new employees and ensuring compliance with policies.

• Maintain and update administrative documentation, including employee handbooks and company records.

• Collaborate with office staff to provide support and assist with various tasks.

• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, inventory management, and cost analysis to support financial decision-making.

• Assist with the implementation and optimization of new accounting software, such as Sage 50, and inventory systems specific to the industry.

• Contribute to planning and execution of capital improvement projects. Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full charge bookkeeping.

• Bachelors in Finance or Accounting is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks or Sage 50 accounting software.

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

• Experience in payroll processing and HR compliance.

• Ability to manage international transactions and investigate payment sources.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
