Description We are looking for an Office Services Associate to join our team in Boulder, Colorado, on a contract basis. This role involves providing essential office support services, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining a detail-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a proactive attitude to contribute to the smooth functioning of office operations.
Responsibilities:
• Perform reprographics, mail services, and intake tasks following established procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain and organize conference rooms while ensuring office supplies are replenished regularly.
• Operate and troubleshoot office equipment, including printers and copiers, with minimal supervision.
• Ensure job tickets are accurately completed and manage workflow to meet deadlines.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on completed tasks for accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients to address job-related concerns or updates.
• Utilize logs to track office services activities and maintain accurate records.
• Lift and transport supplies or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds as part of daily operations.
• Follow company policies and procedures while prioritizing tasks to meet organizational needs.
• Support other service lines, including hospitality, reception, and audio/visual setups, as required. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in office services, preferably in a corporate, legal, or banking setting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and maintain client relationships.
• Familiarity with general office procedures and the ability to handle confidential information.
• Capability to work independently and make decisions aligned with business policies.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify when to escalate issues.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
