Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Pasadena, Maryland. This fully onsite position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting multiple clients with their financial needs. As this is a long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in ensuring accurate bookkeeping and payroll processing for a variety of clients.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions for multiple clients, including bank account, credit card, and auto loan reconciliations.

• Process payroll efficiently using systems such as Kelly Benefits, Paychex, and QuickBooks Desktop.

• Handle accounts payable tasks, including generating and distributing check payments as required.

• Manage weekly donation entries and related financial records for a church client.

• Support workers’ compensation audits and assist with tax preparation activities.

• Conduct high-volume data entry to ensure financial records are consistently up to date.

• Address office accounting needs and provide general administrative financial support. Requirements • Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Experience processing payroll and performing account reconciliations.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills for client interactions.

• Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
