BMW of Minnetonka is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

+ Greet customers and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor

+ Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner

+ Schedule appointments and manage the dealership’s calendar

+ Assist with customer inquiries and provide general information about our services

+ Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized

+ Handle basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution

+ Support the sales and service teams with various tasks as needed

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

+ Professional appearance and attitude

+ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

+ A passion for the automotive industry and a willingness to learn

Hours & Compensation

+ Tuesday and Thursday (3:30PM - 7PM)

+ One to two Saturdays per month (8:30AM - 5:30PM)

+ The (Hourly / Salary) Wage Range for this position is: $15.00 to $17.00.

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. We are a drug free workplace.
