Description
We are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join a dynamic IT Operations team that provides comprehensive support across multiple office locations. This role involves a mix of ticket resolution, walk-up support, and project-based work, supporting approximately 800 end users.
The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support, maintaining systems, and contributing to process improvements that enhance the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Deliver consistent, high-quality end-user support across Windows and macOS environments.
+ Provide onsite, email, and chat-based support for hardware, software, and business applications.
+ Collaborate with team members to improve support processes, documentation, and service delivery.
+ Identify opportunities to enhance business operations through effective use of technology.
+ Manage inventory and logistics for hardware, software, and peripherals.
+ Support onboarding activities including account setup, device provisioning, and workspace preparation.
+ Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.
+ Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
+ Administer and support cloud-based business applications.
+ Create and maintain clear documentation using tools such as wikis or knowledge bases.
+ Evaluate and recommend new tools, platforms, and services to improve IT operations.
+ Ensure operating systems and applications are kept up to date.
+ Provide audiovisual (AV) support for meetings and events.
Qualifications:
+ Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-first mindset.
+ Experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments.
+ Familiarity with cloud-based applications and remote support tools.
+ Excellent communication and documentation skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
+ Experience with IT asset management and inventory tracking.
+ Knowledge of onboarding processes and user provisioning.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Kenosha, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
