    Product Owner – Mobile Solutions (Contract)

     

    We are seeking a Product Owner for a 3–6 month contract (performance review after 3 months) to help shape and deliver innovative digital experiences in a dynamic environment.

     

    This hybrid role is based in Stamford, CT or New York City, NY.

     

    As a Product Owner, you’ll play a critical role in prioritizing and shaping the product backlog, turning visionary ideas into actionable user stories that deliver measurable value. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure features align with strategic goals and delight users.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Define, refine, and prioritize the product backlog for the delivery team.

    + Develop clear, actionable user stories for implementation.

    + Communicate team capacity and workload to stakeholders.

    + Collaborate with the Product Manager on product strategy and planning.

    + Manage features and user stories from initiation through acceptance.

    + Sign off on completed features and communicate trade-offs to leadership.

    + Continuously refine the backlog to ensure clarity and alignment.

    + Identify and communicate risks and dependencies to keep projects on track.

    + Participate in agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-Up, Refinement, Sprint Planning, and Quarterly Planning.

    + Create release communications and conduct product demonstrations.

    + Provide guidance and direction to the delivery team.

    + Keep stakeholders informed with regular status updates.

    + Identify opportunities for product enhancements and process improvements.

    + Product management and backlog prioritization

    + Digital product experience

    + Tools: Figma, Jira

    + Stakeholder management

    + Requirements gathering and definition

    + Familiarity with e-commerce and telecommunications environments

    This is a Contract position based out of Stamford, CT.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
