    Description and Requirements

     

    This role is part of Lenovo’s Global Future Leaders Program which engages high-achieving, driven students by immersing them into the world of a global technology powerhouse. In your first three years, you will participate in a cross-border/cross-organization rotation to engage with key stakeholders, gain deep insight into our organization, and develop comprehensive leadership skills while making a global impact.     Job Description

    - Lead AI-focused product initiatives from concept to delivery

     

    - Translate business needs into technical AI solutions and assess feasibility

     

    - Manage sub-projects and routine operations including vendor, process, and quality management

     

    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide training, and resolve issues

     

    - Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

     

    - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for AI projects

     

    - Solve problems independently and mitigate risks using prior experience

     

    Qualifications & Skills

     

    - Strong technical foundation in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics

     

    - Familiarity with business analytics courses such as Business Intelligence and Market Research

     

    - Skilled in project management, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving

     

    - Effective communicator with ability to simplify complex ideas

     

    Education & Experience

     

    - Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields

     

    - Study or work experience in Machine Learning and Data Analytics required

     

    - Internship or work experience in consulting or technical product roles preferred
