    We’re looking for a hands-on, energetic **Facilities Technician** who loves problem-solving, tinkering with tools, and keeping everything from rides to lightbulbs in top-notch shape.

    Qualifications & Experience

    •️ What You’ll Be Doing

     

    As a Facilities Technician, you’ll perform preventative, predictive, and routine maintenance across our attraction—helping to keep our LEGO® world safe, shiny, and running like clockwork.

    You’ll get to:

    • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain attraction rides and equipment

    • Replace bulbs, projector lamps, doors, and more to keep things bright and functional

    • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance tasks

    • Paint, patch, and assemble furniture to keep our facility looking awesome

    •️ Set up data cables and repair computer outlets as needed

    •️ Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently

    • Identify and report any safety or fire hazards

    • Collaborate with team members to keep our attractions in peak condition

    • What You Bring to the Team

    Knowledge of:

    + Basic carpentry, tools, and equipment

    + Building and network systems

    + Safety practices and equipment

    Skills in:

    + Repairing and maintaining facilities using proper methods and safety standards

    + Following written and verbal instructions

    + Working independently with minimal supervision

    + Building great working relationships with teammates and staff

    • Requirements

    + Able to lift and maneuver up to **50 lbs**

    + Comfortable working with cleaning and maintenance chemicals (with safety gear)

    + Willing to work **off-hours, weekends, holidays, or overtime** if needed

    + Able to **climb ladders** and work up to **20 feet high**

    + Comfortable working near moving mechanical parts and in **high-noise environments**

    • Experience

    + **2+ years** of general maintenance experience, OR

    + Equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience
