Pay Range: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 | Onsite: (Durant, OK) | Hybrid Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM
Hybrid Schedule:
This role offers flexible Hybrid work schedule, requiring **one on-site day per month** at our Durant, OK headquarters for team meetings. Additional on-site days may be requested by leadership or as needed for meetings and projects. Some travel is required.
**Note:** Labor Day is an in-office workday.
**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** Oversee the establishment and implementation of quality activities in direct support of the Internal Policy Department and adequately monitor/assess overall enterprise needs with a specific emphasis on process engineering and design. You will be reporting to the Policy Analyst Manager in conjunction with the Director of Internal Policy.
Primary Tasks:
1. You will research, and develop policy, procedure, and supplemental documents; manage content review (including collaboration/approval process), revisions/updates and periodic reviews.
2. Facilitate documentation development, demos, or job shadowing sessions with SMEs to collect relevant information.
3. Perform in-depth research to resolve process issues; share process improvement suggestions; perform quality checks of documents processed; and identify/communicate causes, solutions and data trends to multiple departments.
4. Review documentation for accuracy and adherence to partner business rules; notify management of quality issues or concerns; identify data trends and system/process issues and communicate with partners.
5. You will facilitate reviews of business processes, assess our compliance controls, and communicate compliance concepts while ensuring the accurate implementation of business processes by imposing controls to meet Risk Management standards.
6. Complete work assignments, identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress and information; determine and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities.
7. Define scope, goals, deliverables, and timeline of each project to set expectations while identifying business impacts to ensure processes provide accurate guidance to primary and secondary audiences.
8. Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of experience in the legal, compliance, quality, public safety, human resources, analytics/data tribal government and/or commerce industry or other area specifically related to process engineering design, OR seven (7) years of directly related experience in lieu of education.
* Assess and decompose processes using a risk matrix
* Knowledge of multiple regulatory standards, laws and statutes
* Discretion in handling sensitive materials
* Ability to navigate a variety of computer applications
* Some experience in process improvement assessments design
