    Job Summary

    Xylem is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a motivated individual who exhibits strong attendance and a desire to grow within the company.

    Available Shifts:

    2nd Shift

     

    Hours: 1pm - 930pm

     

    Schedule: Monday - Friday

    Responsibilities

    + **Bottle Sorting** : Sort bottles by size and resin type to ensure proper batching and quality.

    + **Forklift Operation** : Skillfully operate a forklift to move bottles and materials throughout the plant as well as load and unload trucks.

    + **Resin Batching** : Efficiently evacuate bottles and generate resin batches according to production requirements.

    + **SDI Product Management** : Oversee the complete processing of SDI products from beginning to end, including filling and quality testing.

    + **Independent Work** : Operate independently with no supervision, ensuring all tasks are performed accurately and timely.

    Requirements

    + **Experience** : Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus.

    + **Skills** : Ability to work at a fast pace and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Must be 18 years of age or older.

    + Highly Preferred high school education or GED

    The estimated pay range for this position is $20-23.50. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location.
