Job Description
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of FHIR-based solutions.
Perform API request/response data mapping and validate integration points.
Conduct FHIR resource mapping and ensure compliance with interoperability standards.
Analyze healthcare data sets and provide actionable insights.
Run queries against SQL and NoSQL databases for data validation and reporting.
Use tools like Postman and SoapUI to test APIs and troubleshoot issues.
Prepare detailed documentation for workflows, data mappings, and system specifications.
Support QA teams in validating technical requirements and resolving defects.
Communicate effectively with clinical and technical teams to bridge gaps.

Skills and Requirements
Strong experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare industry and clinical domain.
Proficiency with Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) standards.
Hands-on experience with:
API testing and data mapping
FHIR resource mapping
SQL and NoSQL database queries
Tools such as Postman and SoapUI
Solid understanding of healthcare data models and interoperability frameworks.
Ability to perform data analysis and interpret complex datasets.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and requirement gathering techniques.
