    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Epic ClinDoc Analyst to join our team for a short-term engagement. This role primarily involves backfilling responsibilities for an FTE while supporting ongoing initiatives, including ticket resolution and participation in team meetings. The analyst will play a critical role in maintaining operational stability and ensuring timely resolution of ClinDoc and Stork-related issues.

     

    - Work on ClinDoc and Stork tickets (approximately 90% of time).

     

    - Participate in meetings related to ticket resolution (approximately 10% of time), including customer discussions and team huddles.

     

    - Provide daytime on-call support (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST), limited to two days per month.

     

    - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Epic ClinDoc Certification

     

    - Epic Stork Certification

     

    - Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Epic Analyst with proven build expertise.

     

    - Ability to work independently and hit the ground running. - Experience with Paragon (fetal monitoring system).

     

    - Experience with Timeless (feeding system).
