WSP is seeking a motivated **_Early Career Professional_** to join our Construction Management team in Harrisburg, PA. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with a **Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management** who want to build a career in transportation and infrastructure vertical facilities. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting major infrastructure projects while developing foundational project management skills aligned with WSP’s **P1 Early Professional career path** .

What You’ll Do

+ **Manage Project Information:** Review contractor submittals for accuracy and compliance; process RFIs and track responses in project logs.

+ **Maintain Project Documentation:** Update logs for submittals, RFIs, change management, invoicing, DBE reporting, and certified payroll.

+ **Support Compliance & Reporting:** Ensure adherence to federal and state requirements (Buy America, DBE, wage rates); review documentation and resolve discrepancies.

+ **Assist with Meetings & Deliverables:** Prepare agendas, record minutes, and support monthly deliverable updates.

+ **Field Documentation:** Collect and organize daily reports, material tickets, progress photos, and compliance forms.

+ **Professional Growth:** Apply basic construction management principles under guidance; learn project processes and industry standards.

What We’re Looking For

+ **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.

+ **Experience:** 0–1 years (entry-level).

+ Strong organizational and communication skills.

+ Ability to interpret technical specifications and contract documents.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.

Preferred:

+ Familiarity with transportation/infrastructure projects.

+ Knowledge of compliance requirements (Buy America, DBE, wage rates).
