Segment, Business Unit or Corporate Group
This position will be part of the CHANNEL BUSINESS UNIT--Supporting all TE Business Units, the Channel Business Unit collaborates with approximately 300 distributors around the world on TE's global distribution vision, strategy and business initiatives.

• As Strategy Execution Intern will help translate high-level strategic priorities into actionable plans and monitor progress toward key goals.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys operational problem-solving, project coordination, and cross-functional teamwork.
Responsibilities
At TE Connectivity, you’ll be part of a global collaborative culture where your innovative approach and actions have the potential to transform the world of tomorrow. In this role you’ll:
• Assist in project planning, milestone tracking, and execution of strategic initiatives
• Support development of performance dashboards and operational reports
• Identify bottlenecks or risks and propose course-correction recommendations
• Participate in cross-functional working sessions, helping align teams on deliverables
• Help facilitate change management and communication rollouts for new initiatives
You’re the kind of person we are looking for if you:
• Have earned a high school diploma or GED
• Are currently enrolled in, or pursuing, a MBA Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or Communications from an accredited college or university—or have equivalent work experience (gap year students may also be considered).
• Preferably have prior internship experience or have completed a major project
• Are authorized to work in the U.S.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $23.08-40.40 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
