    How will you make an impact in this role?

     

    + Support solutioning, backlog development, build & testing for Project Nova Pillar 2 Capabilities & Loyalty Domains

    + Develop tracking & reporting new digital experiences

    + Generating necessary documentation including scope, expected outcomes, solutioning approach and timelines

    + Partner with internal teams (e.g., Product Managers, Product Owners, Servicing, Operations, Engineering, et. al) to push forward and execute long term initiatives

    + Facilitate resolution of risks, issues & changes related to the product development lifecycle

    + Create and maintain artifacts for PMO and Enterprise required controls processes

    Minimum Qualifications

    + Experience in a product development or related product management/engineering role, with exposure to Agile methodologies of software development

    + Familiarity with roadmapping, backlog development, story writing, and testing processes

    + Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

    + Basic understanding of data analytics tools to derive insights including A/B testing, funnel analysis, session replay, user surveys, cohort analysis, etc.

    + Occasional travel

    + Solutions-oriented, results-driven, and ability to show up with passion and enthusiasm

    + Comfortable working in an innovative and fast-paced environment

    + Self-starter, organized, appreciate the details, and accountable for delivery

    + Strong communication skills, with ability to share findings/recommendations with both technical and non-technical partners

    + Experience with marketing technology and analytics tooling

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    + Strong time management skills with ability to multi-task and work under pressure

    + Good learning agility, able to show initiative with a proactive approach to tasks and enthusiasm for learning new marketing technologies

    + Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills, able to analyze problems, their root causes, and propose effective solutions

    Qualifications

    Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually bonus benefits
