Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Sr Financial Systems Analyst SAP to join their team. As a Sr Financial Systems Analyst SAP, you will be part of the Corporate Financial Systems department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Sr Financial Systems Analyst SAP

**Location:** Phoenix, AZ

Pay Range: $41-54/hr DOE plus OT/Benefits

What's the Job?

+ Lead and support SAP deployments, site transitions, and system enhancements in collaboration with ERP and business teams.

+ Analyze business processes and system requirements to support transition and deployment activities.

+ Manage data mapping, conversion, user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live readiness, and post-deployment support.

+ Troubleshoot SAP production issues and develop or enhance financial and business solutions.

+ Ensure comprehensive testing and validation of solutions to maintain data integrity and compliance.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

+ Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.

+ Minimum 4 years of hands-on SAP experience.

+ Strong understanding of SAP business processes and their impact on financial modules.

+ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
