    Job Title: Field Construction Manager – Utility Pole Inspection & Restoration

     

    Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent

    About the Role:

    + We are seeking an experienced Field Construction Manager to oversee and manage multiple field operations across various service areas. This role involves leading teams responsible for pole groundline inspection and treatment, wood pole restoration, steel pole and tower inspection & repair, and aluminum bell base insulator replacement.

    + As part of Accenture’s forward-looking Industry X division, you’ll ensure project delivery excellence, safety compliance, and high-quality standards across all assigned construction projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Oversee and manage all field construction activities across multiple service areas.

    + Lead job starts meetings at each service center, aligning contractor inspectors, field supervision, and coordinators with project goals.

    + Ensure adherence to technical specifications and compliance with project standards.

    + Coordinate material procurement and resolve technical challenges that arise during field operations.

    + Identify and report potential hazards, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

    + Monitor quality assurance across contractor installations, including C-Trusses for Transmission and Distribution wood pole restoration, and ensure corrective measures are taken when needed.

    + Manage field teams, track schedules, and communicate project progress to senior leadership.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Proven experience managing field construction projects or utility inspection teams.

    + Strong technical expertise in pole and tower inspection, repair, and restoration.

    + Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multi-site teams and coordinate multiple service areas.

    + Excellent communication skills (English level B2–C1)
