Job Title: Quality Control Laboratory TechnicianJob Description
Perform quality control testing on products in process using prescribed procedures and techniques. Make necessary formula adjustments based on testing results to ensure products meet specifications. Document adjustments on batch tickets and QC cards, and approve finished goods that meet specifications.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct quality control testing on in-process products.
+ Make formula adjustments to ensure products meet specifications.
+ Document adjustments on batch tickets and QC cards.
+ Approve in-process products that meet specifications by signing off on batch tickets and QC cards.
+ Sample every product that comes in for testing.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in chemistry.
+ Experience with FTIR and microscopy, including academic exposure.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
+ Associates or Bachelors degree in Chemistry.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Good communication skills.
+ Ability to work effectively in a team.
+ Motivation and initiative.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $57000.00/yr.
