    Job Description

    Join a dynamic Retail Studio in Seattle as an Intermediate Architectural Staff member. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in collaborative environments and are dedicated to producing high-quality construction documents in a fast-paced setting. You will be part of a supportive team, making an immediate impact while focusing on detail-oriented design execution.

    Responsibilities

    + Produce full sets of construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.

    + Apply building codes and technical detailing to design projects.

    + Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to ensure project success.

    + Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and other design tools effectively.

    + Support site planning, material selection, and cost estimating processes.

    + Engage in light project management and client interaction when necessary.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in producing detailed, code-compliant drawing sets using Revit.

    + MUST HAVE at least a bachelor's in architecture degree.

    + MUST HAVE prior professional experience in retail, store, and/or rollout project experience.

    + Skilled in consultant coordination and application of building codes and standards.

    + Clear communication skills for effective team collaboration and meeting deadlines.

    + Experience with retail projects and construction documentation.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience with high-volume retail rollout projects, preferably in the food & beverage sector.

    + Ability to lead junior staff and contribute to team coordination.

    + Comfortable supporting client interactions.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Seattle, WA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $36.00/hr.
