Job Title: Revit Technician/DrafterJob Description
We are seeking a skilled Revit Technician/Drafter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating construction documents in Revit, assembling CD sets for building design projects, and converting drawings from AutoCAD to Revit when necessary. This role involves working collaboratively with a project architect (PA) to deliver both exterior and interior designs, often for retail-driven projects.
Responsibilities
+ Create detailed construction documents in Revit.
+ Assemble comprehensive CD sets for various building design projects.
+ Convert drawings from AutoCAD to Revit as required.
+ Collaborate with a project architect to ensure design accuracy and quality.
+ Focus on both exterior and interior elements of retail-driven projects.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in Revit and BIM.
+ 3-5 years of architectural experience in drafting and construction documents.
+ Strong design and drafting skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Completion of a 2-year technical school degree in Architectural Drafting.
+ Experience in an architectural firm creating CD sets for commercial building projects.
Work Environment
The position is primarily office-based with a relaxed atmosphere in a small firm. There may be some flexibility to work from home depending on project requirements. The environment supports unique projects and encourages a collaborative team dynamic.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $29.00/hr.
