Job Description

Join our team as a Journeyman Electrician, where you will perform a variety of maintenance duties with a primary focus on electrical troubleshooting and repair. Your main responsibilities will involve troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems throughout the plant, wiring and installing equipment, and project work. Comfort with working on 480 volts and interpreting blueprints and schematics is essential.

Responsibilities

+ Troubleshoot all mechanical and electrical systems throughout the plant.

+ Wire and install equipment.

+ Troubleshoot and repair PLCs and machine motors.

+ Conduct project work as needed.

+ Work with 480 volts and interpret blueprints and schematics.

+ Collaborate with a team of mechanics and electricians.

Essential Skills

+ Master Electrician or Journeyman Electrician (Michigan Certified).

+ Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.

+ Experience troubleshooting PLCs and control systems.

+ Comfortable working with 480 volts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Journeyman Electricians card.

+ PLC Programming experience.

+ Multi-craft maintenance experience.

+ Industrial controls experience is a plus.

This is a Permanent position based out of Constantine, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $76960.00 - $89440.00/yr.

Employees are eligible for benefits coverage beginning day one of employment. Benefits are great. Our comprehensive benefits package offers you full medical, vision, and dental.

HSA Contribution is $600 individual / $1,200 other coverage levels for both plans. The more you contribute from your paycheck on a tax-free basis, the more you can save to use toward medical expenses in the future.

Retirement Savings Plan 401(k): You will receive a 100% Company match on your contributions, up to 6% of your eligible pay. All eligible employees receive an additional Retirement Savings Contribution, currently 3% of eligible pay, in first quarter of the following calendar year, if employed on 12/31.
