    Join Savage’s dynamic corporate team as a Morning Office Assistant! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

    The Basics:

    Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM

    What you’ll be doing:

    + Safely pick up and deliver items using a company-provided vehicle.

    + Keep break rooms, copy rooms, and office supply areas stocked and organized.

    + Perform physical tasks like moving furniture and transporting boxes with a hand truck.

    + Assist with mailroom operations, including daily post office runs and shipping via FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

    + Support administrative assistants and building teams with various tasks and special projects. follow-up to completion.

    + Cross-train to provide coverage across the facility department as needed.

    + Prioritize and multitask effectively in a dynamic office setting.

    Requirements to be successful in this position:

    + High School Diploma or GED.

    + Previous office or facilities experience (preferred).

    + Friendly, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude.

    + Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

    + Professional demeanor and commitment to service.

    + Creative problem-solving and ownership of responsibilities.

    + Willingness to contribute to a safety-first culture.

    + Clean driving record and ability to operate a vehicle safely.

    + Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb stairs/ladders, and stand/walk for 4–6 hours daily.

    Preferred skills:

    + Experience with receptionist duties and vendor coordination.

    + Familiarity with general facilities maintenance.

    + Comfort working with building management and kitchen staff.

    + Knowledge of shipping logistics (FedEx, UPS, USPS).

    + Cross-functional flexibility and eagerness to learn.
