Job Title: Clean Room Associate
Job Description
As a Clean Room Associate, you will assist machine operators in a clean room environment while undergoing training. Your role will involve conducting quality inspections every 30 minutes and documenting observations. You will also be responsible for cleaning machines as needed. Training to become a machine operator is estimated to take 4-6 months.
Responsibilities
+ Assist machine operators in a clean room setting during training.
+ Conduct quality inspections every 30 minutes and document findings.
+ Clean machines as required.
+ Undergo training to become a machine operator over 4-6 months.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in production and clean room environments.
+ Basic mechanical aptitude, including hand tool and auto-mechanical experience.
+ Ability to read and understand English.
+ Experience or willingness to learn machine operation and quality control procedures.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in machine operating is preferred.
+ An auto-mechanical experience is a plus.
+ Entry-level candidates with no manufacturing experience start at $17.00/hr, while those with experience start at $18/hr, plus a $1 shift differential.

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westbrook, CT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.00/hr.
