    Payroll Specialist – Permanent Position | $55,000-$68,000

    Our client, a well-established manufacturing company with a team of over 100 employees, is dedicated to producing high-quality products and maintaining a culture of excellence, integrity, and teamwork. We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our client's accounting and HR team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

     

    The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing biweekly payroll for 100+ employees, ensuring compliance with all state and federal payroll tax regulations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and experienced with payroll systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Process and audit payroll for 100+ employees accurately and on time.

    + Manage and reconcile payroll taxes, garnishments, and other deductions.

    + Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

    + Coordinate with HR and Finance to ensure accurate employee data and reporting.

    + Generate and distribute payroll reports as needed.

    + Handle employee payroll inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.

    Qualifications

    + 1+ year of payroll experience handling 50+ employees (required).

    + Experience using payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks, or similar).

    + Understanding of payroll taxes is a plus!

    + Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

    + Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

    + Manufacturing or industrial environment experience a plus.

     

    Compensation & Benefits

     

    + Salary: Up to $68,000 annually, depending on experience.
