Description We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team in DeSoto, Kansas. This Contract-to-permanent position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the paper and packaging industry by delivering high-quality solutions to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in manufacturing, supply chain management, and ERP/CRM systems, particularly Oracle Fusion, to optimize processes and drive impactful change.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion and ERP systems to streamline operations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business needs and align ERP/CRM solutions with organizational goals.

• Manage supply chain processes, focusing on efficiency improvements and cost reduction strategies.

• Provide expert support in manufacturing processes, ensuring integration with ERP solutions.

• Oversee change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.

• Deliver technical support and service management within complex enterprise environments.

• Analyze and resolve system issues to maintain seamless operations.

• Train and guide teams on ERP/CRM functionalities to maximize system utilization.

• Develop and maintain documentation of configurations and processes.

• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance productivity. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP/CRM consulting within manufacturing and supply chain industries.

• Expertise in Oracle Fusion and Oracle Supply Chain Management.

• Strong knowledge of cloud-based ERP solutions and configuration management.

• Proven experience in global manufacturing operations and process optimization.

• Solid understanding of change management principles and practices.

• Ability to lead service delivery in large enterprise environments.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for technical and operational challenges.
