    We are seeking an experienced Building Engineer to manage and maintain a Class A, multi-tenant office building spanning 110k square feet. The ideal candidate will have experience with water source heat pumps and general maintenance. You will utilize a variety of trade skills including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling to perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs of buildings, industrial systems, equipment, and grounds, working under limited supervision.

     

    _Up to $40/hour!_

    Responsibilities

    + Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on buildings, industrial systems, equipment, and grounds.

    + Utilize skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling.

    + Oversee and inspect work performed by outside contractors, including landscaping, snow removal, remodeling, HVAC, plumbing, and cleaning.

    + Complete assigned repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance tasks.

    + Maintain and repair building lighting systems, including element and ballast repairs.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in a multi-tenant office building.

    + Water source heat pump experience.

    + General maintenance experience.

    + General HVAC experience.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, painting, plumbing, carpentry.

    Work Environment

     

    Work is conducted in a 110k SF Class A, multi-tenant office building. The work hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This position involves working with large rooftop HVAC units and VAV systems.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Philadelphia, PA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $43.00/hr.
