Description

We are looking for a dedicated Associate to join a boutique commercial litigation practice. This is an excellent chance to grow your legal expertise in a collaborative and meticulous environment.

Responsibilities:

• Draft motions and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.

• Conduct depositions and defend depositions effectively.

• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.

• Represent clients in court proceedings, ensuring their interests are fully advocated.

• Perform thorough legal research to support case development and decision-making.

• Maintain clear and precise communication with clients and stakeholders.

• Adhere to all legal and ethical standards while executing responsibilities.

• Manage case files and ensure proper documentation throughout the legal process.

Requirements • Active license to practice law in the state of California.

• Proven experience in civil litigation, with a strong understanding of legal procedures.

• Skilled in drafting legal motions and conducting depositions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards in legal practice.

• Collaborative mindset and ability to work well within a team environment.
