Job Title: Lathes CNC Machinist
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Lathes CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC turning machines, ensuring high-quality machining of components.
Responsibilities
+ Read and interpret blueprints to set up and operate CNC turning machines.
+ Conduct quality inspections on machined components using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
+ Perform 2-5 set-ups daily, including tool changes and offsets.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC lathes.
+ Experience with micrometers, calipers, and blueprint reading.
+ Ability to perform tool changes and offsets.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Minimum 3 years of experience setting up and operating CNC lathes.
+ Experience in an ISO-certified manufacturing environment is a plus, particularly in automotive, medical, or aerospace industries.

Work Environment
The role is a 1st shift opening from 4:30am - 3pm, Monday through Thursday, at a medical device manufacturing facility that is extremely clean and climate-controlled. You will join a team of approximately 100 employees and report to the Machining Manager. The facility focuses primarily on producing surgical instruments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
