    Job Title: Quality Inspector

    Job Description

    We are currently hiring quality inspectors for both entry and higher-level positions. In this role, you will collaborate with multiple individuals involved in our manufacturing process, perform in-process and final inspections, and document inspection logs. The position requires the use of computers and various measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, steel rulers, pin gages, and height gages. Preference is given to individuals with experience in a metal fabrication environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Collaborate with team members in the manufacturing process.

    + Perform in-process and final inspections of products.

    + Document inspection logs accurately.

    + Utilize measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, steel rulers, pin gages, and height gages.

    Essential Skills

    + Inspection and quality control expertise.

    + Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

    + Competence in using computers.

    + Strong mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measurement, including fractions and decimals.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in assisting with the calibration process of measuring tools.

    + Ability to operate FARO and Micro-VU measurement equipment.

    + Experience with lean processes and project improvement initiatives.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $68640.00/yr.
