Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment for positions across various departments while ensuring a positive candidate experience. As a Contract-to-long-term position, this opportunity offers the potential for growth within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process for over 30 open roles simultaneously, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Advertise job openings, source candidates, conduct screenings, and coordinate interviews while gathering feedback from stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and metrics using Excel and other tracking tools.

• Identify and engage potential candidates through Boolean searches, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and effective networking.

• Provide clear communication and regular updates to candidates throughout the application process to ensure a positive experience.

• Monitor recruitment trends and collaborate with management to adapt strategies accordingly.

• Represent the company at career fairs and networking events to promote the employer brand.

• Build and maintain relationships with colleges to support campus recruitment for graduate programs.

• Organize and prepare marketing materials for career fairs and other recruitment-related events.

• Handle administrative tasks and data entry to support daily recruitment operations. Requirements • Proven experience in managing full-cycle recruitment processes.

• Strong background in corporate recruiting and sourcing strategies.

• Proficiency in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics.

• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices.

• Experience with Boolean searches and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter. TalentMatch®
