    Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Fulfillment Specialist to join a dynamic team within the pharmaceutical industry! This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about quality assurance and efficiency. As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring orders are accurately processed, packaged, and shipped in compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.

    Responsibilities:

    + Accurately pick, pack, and ship pharmaceutical products while adhering to strict industry guidelines and quality standards.

    + Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular counts and documenting stock levels.

    + Coordinate and communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or fulfill urgent requests.

    + Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company policies.

    + Use fulfillment software to manage orders and execute shipping processes efficiently.

    + Perform routine checks to ensure the integrity of shipments and address any issues promptly.

    + Collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors to streamline workflows and improve procedures.

    + Maintain organized records of fulfillment activities to support audits and inventory reconciliation.

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + Previous experience in a fulfillment or inventory-related role, ideally in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

    + Skilled in the use of inventory management software or ERP systems.

    + Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    + Ability to lift and move products as needed (physical requirements may vary).

    + High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
