Description We are looking for a highly skilled Staff Accountant to join our team in Foothill Ranch, California. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to essential accounting functions while ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial operations. Responsibilities:

• Record detailed general ledger entries to accurately document business transactions.

• Perform account reconciliations to ensure financial data integrity.

• Upload and monitor daily bank statement activities, including managing the complete bank statement reconciliation process.

• Assist in the management and tracking of fixed assets.

• Conduct thorough account analysis and propose necessary journal entries.

• Collaborate with the team to address corporate tax-related tasks and filings.

• Handle sales tax calculations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

• Support the preparation and review of corporate tax returns.

• Maintain accurate and organized financial records for audits and reporting purposes. Requirements • Proficiency in corporate tax processes, including preparation and filing.

• Strong knowledge of sales tax regulations and compliance.

• Experience with corporate tax return preparation and submission.

• Advanced skills in recording and analyzing journal entries.

• Solid understanding of general ledger systems and processes.

• Demonstrated ability to perform detailed account reconciliations.

• Familiarity with fixed asset accounting and tracking.

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills to manage complex financial data.
