    Part-Time Clinical Manager – Nursing Education Allentown

     

    Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Clinical Manager and help shape the future of nursing education. This leadership role supports the clinical operations of our Practical Nursing program, ensuring high-quality learning experiences and compliance with regulatory standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Coordinate and manage clinical site partnerships, including securing contracts and maintaining strong relationships.

    + Conduct site visits, observations, and surveys; collaborate with faculty and site liaisons to ensure quality and compliance.

    + Recruit, hire, and onboard clinical faculty; support their professional development and performance evaluations.

    + Schedule faculty and students for clinical and lab experiences, ensuring coverage and continuity.

    + Monitor student progress in clinical rotations and lab skills, providing support and feedback to promote success.

    + Maintain lab environments and oversee equipment and supply needs.

    + Enforce school and clinical site policies, acting as a resource for faculty and students.

     

    Supervisory Scope

     

    + Direct oversight of assigned clinical instructors.

    Qualifications Required

    + BSN degree with current licensure.

    + Minimum 2 years of clinical education experience.

    + At least 3 years of practical work experience in nursing (excluding teaching).

    + Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.

    + Valid driver’s license.

    + Compliance with immunization and CPR requirements.

    Preferred:

    + 2+ years of teaching experience.

    + 1+ year of management experience.
