    Audi Calabasas is seeking a results-driven Lease Retention Specialist/Sales Representative to join our luxury automotive team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive lease management or sales and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.

    Responsibilities

    + Proactively contact clients with upcoming lease expirations to discuss renewal, upgrade, or purchase options

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with Audi customers to promote brand loyalty

    + Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth transitions for lease returns and new deliveries

    + Monitor and report on lease retention metrics and customer satisfaction

    + Maintain detailed records of customer communications and follow-up activities

    Qualifications

    + Previous experience in automotive sales, finance, or lease retention preferred (Audi or luxury brand experience a plus)

    + Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

    + Strong organizational and follow-up abilities

    + Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

    + Professional, goal-oriented, and team-focused attitude

    This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions off Individual Payable Gross, and bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, and Manufacturer Approvability.

     

    The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $48,200.00 - $158,700.00.
