• Connected UX/Product Designer (Hybrid)

    Cella Inc (Framingham, MA)


     

    Collaborate with Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Writers, and Product Managers to deliver compelling UX solutions for our connected audio products.

     

    Leverage user research and cutting-edge technologies to craft cohesive experiences.

     

    Implement and maintain the design system, utilizing reusable design patterns and assets to ensure consistency and efficiency.

     

    Create user journeys, storyboards, wireframes, and UX documentation.

     

    Understand and balance the priorities of internal stakeholders, engineers, and business needs.

     

    Track and communicate project status.

     

    Manage workload and meet deadlines.

     

    Mentor junior teammates and/or co-op interns.

    Qualifications:

    BS/BA degree in User Experience, Human Factors Engineering, or related discipline.

     

    Minimum of 5 years related work experience.

     

    Experience with connectivity technologies (Bluetooth, WiFi) preferred.

     

    Portfolio that demonstrates creating concepts and detailing the customer journey.

     

    Strong design fundamentals (typography, color, spacing, etc.)

     

    Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.

     

    Capable of investigating new tools, and comfortable learning new highly technical tools that allow better collaboration with engineering.

     

    Focus on details, organization, and clear communication.

     

    Ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.

     

    A collaborative attitude and excellent teamwork skills.

     

    Motivation to produce and improve high-quality deliverables.

     

    Must include a link to a portfolio to be considered for this role.
