Job Title: Manager, Behavioral HealthDepartment: Location: Hours Per Week:Schedule: Sign-On Bonus: SUMMARY:Patient assessment and administrative duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Perform supervisory duties in relationship to staff, including sign off on time cards, scheduling of staff hours, and enforcement of personnel policies.

+ Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of annual program goals, objectives, and budget.

+ Assist in the recruitment and hiring of staff.

+ Assumes day to day program operation and schedule.

+ Implements staff development and program initiatives.

+ Ensures that functional efficient processes occur relative to patient admission, discharges and referral.

+ Provides initial and ongoing patient assessment to develop, maintain and implement objective, measurable and realistic treatment goals, methods, and objectives.

+ Provide psychotherapy, clinical services appropriate to patient needs.

+ Lead or co-lead psychotherapy groups.

+ Complete all required documentation in a timely and comprehensive manner.

+ Maintain a partial caseload and works with patients to keep the number of no-shows and cancellations to a minimum.

+ Pursues personal and professional growth using internal and external resources.

+ Is available for supervision/consultation by staff and provides direction, feedback and positive support to supervisors.

+ Actively participates in QI and Utilization review processes.

+ Computer keyboard skills and ability to utilize computers to record activities, access necessary data and reports.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling (Behavioral Health) required or equivalent education and experience.

+ Minimum of 3-10 years Behavioral Health experience.

+ Computer knowledge and skills as required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Supervisory and teaching experience desirable.

$74,000.00 - $102,000.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
