    Work Location: Texas Health Arlington Memorial, 800 West Randol Mill Rd., Arlington, TX 76012

     

    Work Hours: PRN (as needed) Shifts between 6:00am to 2:30pm or 12:00pm to 8:30pm

    Qualifications

    Here's What You Need:

    Education

    * High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

    Experience

    * 1 Year relevant experience in customer service or as a cashier in a high-volume setting required.

    * 1 Year health care experience preferred.

    Licenses and Certifications

    * FHC - Food Handlers Certificate 30 Days required.

    Skills

    * Ability to handle cash in a high-volume environment. Reading, basic math, written language in English. Ability to handle cash in a high-volume environment. Computer skills preferred. Good communication and organizational skills to exercise independent judgment. Must be discreet and courteous in handling visitors and employees.

    What You Will Do:

    * Familiar with menu and prices. Operate computer-based register during meal service periods. Responsible for accurate charges to each customer.

    * Demonstrate the ability to handle and count money in a high-volume situation. Verify cash drawer amounts before and after meal periods.

    * Demonstrates customer skills and performs customer recovery, resolving customer issues at point of service.

    * Follow established standards for food safety and sanitation. Follows standards for cleanliness and stocking within the assigned area. Follows proper hand hygiene.

    * Performs other job duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
