Job Title: Project Management – HR Initiatives
Hours/Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (On site Tue–Thur; hybrid optional Mon & Fri)
Compensation: $55-$65/hr
Type: Contract
Overview
The Project Management will lead and support complex, strategic HR initiatives across North America. This role focuses on executing high-impact and often confidential projects related to Total Rewards, Talent Management, HR Operations, and organizational transformation efforts, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
Responsibilities
+ Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and HR objectives.
+ Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
+ Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with discretion.
+ Track progress, identify and resolve issues, and provide updates to senior leadership.
+ Drive process improvement in project management methodologies and tools.
+ Partner with HR leaders to implement effective change management and communication strategies.
Qualifications
+ Minimum of 5 years of project management experience with a strong focus on HR-related initiatives.
+ Proven ability to manage large, complex, and confidential projects in a corporate environment; M&A experience a plus.
+ In-depth knowledge of HR functions including Total Rewards, Talent Management, and HR Operations.
+ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
+ PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
+ Experience working within a matrixed, global organization is advantageous.
