Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our project management and business development Shortline team. This role is responsible for coordinating project activities, maintaining communication among stakeholders, tracking and reporting project data, and assisting in bidding and proposal efforts. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and bring a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset to every task.

Key Responsibilities
+ Coordinate and monitor project timelines to ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
+ Track, analyze, and report key project metrics and performance data.
+ Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
+ Coordinate with landfills and disposal sites to plan work activities, ensuring compliance and efficiency:
+ Communicate upcoming work schedules and volumes of materials being transported or disposed of.
+ Identify and evaluate alternative disposal or recycling options to reduce landfill use.
+ Support the preparation and submission of bids, proposals, and other business development materials.
+ Assist with project documentation, contract administration, and other related administrative tasks.
+ Provide general support to project managers and business development personnel as needed.
Qualifications & Education
+ Bachelor-s degree required.
+ 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, customer service, or a related role.
+ Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
+ Detail-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively.
+ A motivated self-starter with a -go-getter- attitude and strong sense of accountability.
