We are seeking a strategic and innovative Organizational Development Manager to lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness. This role is pivotal in aligning development programs with FIBT-s mission, vision, and strategic goals.

     

    This is an in-office position.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Develop and execute an annual Organizational Development Strategic Plan aligned with FIBT-s business objectives.

    + Lead and mentor the Organizational Development team to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

    + Assist Director of HR in developing leadership frameworks, including succession planning and executive coaching.

    + Serve as a change agent by facilitating organizational transitions and promoting adaptability across teams.

    + Create and manage training programs that enhance employee performance and support career development.

    + Oversee the development of internal training materials including curriculum, job aids, manuals, and catalogs.

    + Collaborate with business unit leaders to assess development needs and deliver targeted learning solutions.

    + Partner with HR to enhance onboarding, internship programs, leadership development initiatives, and other projects as assigned.

    + Establish KPIs and evaluate the effectiveness of OD programs using data-driven insights.

    + Manage the Organizational Development budget with fiscal responsibility and alignment to strategic priorities.

    + Travel up to 20% to support development initiatives across FIBT locations.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor- s degree strongly preferred; six years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

    + Strong facilitation, coaching, and instructional design skills.

    + Experience with LMS platforms and adult learning principles.

    + Certifications in coaching, training (e.g., ATD), or behavioral assessment tools such as DiSC or CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) are a plus.

    + Valid driver-s license.
