    We have an outstanding Contract position for aDirector of Integrationto join a leading Company located in theSanderson, FL surrounding area.

     

    We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager with a strong aptitude for people leadership and cross-functional communication, who also possesses a foundational understanding of technical concepts. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between clients and vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration, clear communication, and successful program delivery.

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Lead and manage technical team, ensuring alignment with strategic projects, timelines, and client communication.

    + Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.

    + Proactively identify risks and issues and communicate impacts to stakeholders.

    + Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders through dashboards, reports, and presentations.

    + Continuously evaluate and improve program processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

    Basic Hiring Criteria:

    + Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.

    + 5+ years in program or project management, preferably in a technical or IT-related environment.

    + Ability to understand and communicate basic technical concepts (e.g., software development lifecycle, cloud platforms, APIs).

    + Proven track record of managing teams and driving results through influence and collaboration.

    + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive stakeholders.

    + Proficiency in project management tools.
