What You'll Do at Pega:
+ Design and architect scalable Pega solutions for legacy application modernization, ensuring alignment with client business goals and future roadmap needs.
+ Design sophisticated Pega Blueprints that leverage GenAI to accelerate the transformation of application ideas into interactive solutions
+ Lead technical workshops and discovery sessions with clients and partners during presales to define transformation strategies and demonstrate Pega’s value.
+ Guide and mentor system integrators and client teams on Pega best practices, design principles, and the latest platform capabilities throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Develop and present compelling demos and proof-of-concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, supporting sales and adoption efforts.
+ Support clients and system integrators through the full SDLC, providing hands-on expertise in solution design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
Who You Are:
+ A certified Pega System Architect (PCSA/PCSSA/LSA) with deep expertise in legacy system modernization and/or cloud migration.
+ A trusted advisor and technical leader, skilled at building relationships with clients, partners, and global system integrators.
+ An effective communicator, able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for diverse audiences.
+ A proactive mentor, passionate about upskilling teams and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation in Pega.
+ A creative problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments and adapts quickly to evolving client needs and technology trends.
What You've Accomplished:
+ Successfully led or contributed to multiple legacy-to-Pega transformation projects, delivering measurable business value for enterprise clients.
+ Designed and implemented robust, scalable Pega architectures that support future growth and evolving business requirements.
+ Developed and delivered technical enablement programs, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions for system integrators and client teams.
+ Built and showcased demos and prototypes that accelerated client buy-in and supported successful presales engagements.
+ Established yourself as a go-to expert for Pega modernization, consistently guiding teams to adopt best practices and innovative solutions.

Base salary range for this role is 158,200 - 241,100 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.
The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
